We All Want to be Seen {selfie culture}

People desperately want to be seen. Not seen physically, although that seems to be the channel at times, but deeply seen in their suffering, in their loneliness, their grief.

People are crying out to be fully seen, and fully loved in their messiness.

Can we love? Can we stop shaming?

Next time you come across someone posting a selfie, and it triggers you somehow, please..

I challenge you to really look into the eyes of the person’s picture, look at their body language, feel their energy and respond by helping them feel seen, loved and accepted.

Let’s start to help heal humanity if even just the smallest ways.
